Videos, Texts and Translations of the Moment Hit!
After the fall of Relapse, comes just months after the shooting, Recovery. A recovery that Eminem probably hopes for his career, after a peak of popularity has seen the most gray with albums that are no longer able to climb the charts. While the previous album was the evil twin Shady to lord it with the edge of the horror stories and the plots of manga comics, now back to talk about Eminem, and does so accompanied by a more pop music and background music more polished and melodic, aiming to attract even those who do not fall within the circle of die-hard fans of rap. The texts bear the obvious mark of the artist, with heavy satire directed toward the world of show and its characters, attacks the hypocrisy of the bourgeois world but also autobiographical stories (who knows how truthful and how embroidered) of the recent fight against drug abuse. In general, however, even in the lyrics to Eminem now is less aggressive and direct than before. Or maybe it's just grown. But the intentions betrays Recovery are those of pleasure indiscriminately, and so we find the radio hits nice but a bit 'discounted as Cold Wind Blows and Not Afraid, and duets with icons of the moment Lil Wayne and Rihanna, respectively, and No Love I Love The Way You Lie. Instead let us hope the old-style funk of On Fire and the crossover graffiante Will not Back Down and ballads Going Through Changes and Space Bound. Eminem wants to prove that he is back, and he does a good job, however, put at risk by the fear of returning to dare.
